CHANGES, RETURNS AND GUARANTEES

According to Spanish legislation, when buying online there is a period of 14 days in which the user can return a product for not meeting their expectations, however, an exception is found in those perishable food products, as it is logical, since they are considered products that can deteriorate or expire quickly.

In this way, the user / customer of www.mieldecian.com has the right to return a product in the following cases:

Defective merchandise:

In case the merchandise arrives defective or in poor condition, the customer must contact Miel de Cian to solve the problem. The merchandise must be checked at the time of receipt, since it will not be considered defective all merchandise not reviewed at the time of delivery in front of the delivery driver or transporter, making the anomalies clear on the delivery note.

Changes:

If the change is due to an error on the part of the customer (error when placing the order), the customer will pay the shipping costs. If the error was from Miel de Cian, the customer would receive the requested merchandise without additional cost. To accept a change both the product and the packaging must be in perfect condition and with all the original content unaltered. It must also include a copy of the invoice in the shipment.

Returns:

Returns of products will be accepted within the first 14 days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the customer, and always subject to the conditions set out on this page.

The following products will not be accepted for return:

  • - According to Law 47/2002 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, consumables that have been unsealed.
  • - Products that have been tested or used and that can no longer be sold as new.
  • - Products that go with "blister" type packaging, the return can never be accepted once the product has been opened.

To make a return you must contact us to accept the return and provide you with an RMA number. Returns will only be accepted if previously authorized.

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, protected and perfectly packaged. Otherwise we reserve the right to reject the return.

Transport costs incurred by the return will be borne by the customer.

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE REFUND OF MY RETURN?

  • A credit to your credit card account (in credit card payments), which you can check on the statement. The date of the payment settlement does not depend on us.
  • If you have paid via PayPal, you will receive the credit to your same PayPal account.
