Miel de Cian is produced in a 100% natural environment, in the mountains of El Alto Sil, in the region of El Bierzo. In an area of great ecological and environmental value, in which there are no intensive agricultural or livestock farms, so our bees collect pollen and nectar in a practically wild environment.

The honey from our hives is collected in high mountain areas, in an environment in which large extensions of chestnut trees are interspersed with heather and oak forests. This pollen composition, coupled with the high environmental quality of these mountains, give Miel de Cian unique organoleptic characteristics, in addition to a wide range of therapeutic properties.
Heather gives our honey beneficial properties for the circulatory, renal and digestive systems, in addition to great antiseptic properties. On the other hand, chestnut gives honeys antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and healing properties.
