Orders are generally prepared the day after payment is received (except if it coincides with a holiday) and will arrive at your home within 24h /48 h, depending on the selected products, for the Iberian Peninsula. Other destinations contact via the main form.
If you order an order outside the established working hours, it is important that you contact us via info@mieldecian.com.
Any modification in the order, as well as a possible delay, will be communicated immediately by email.
You must make sure that the delivery address is written correctly, and that there will be someone to collect the order. Fortunately nowadays the package companies put a lot of effort, calling by phone to try to make the delivery when someone can actually pick it up. If in spite of everything it is not possible to deliver, it will be notified through a document in the mailbox with the steps to follow.
Now, after two failed attempts, you will have to make the order again, as well as pay again the corresponding shipping and ordering costs. It is important for us to remind you that each order is specially made for each of you, and that we do not have an industrialized production. Therefore, we do not re-send those products that have not been received within the estimated period (due to the absence of the recipient).
Although we try to make you reach the complete order in a single shipment, sometimes, for technical or logistical reasons, we may be forced to send some items independently. In that case, we will contact you directly through the contact data provided in the order.
